Refund Policy

Requests for refunds will be granted for any services that have been purchased but not yet scheduled, or for services that are cancelled a minimum of 24 hours prior to the start of the class. 

For bundled services, refunds will be based on a prorated amount of services remaining unused.  

Refunds for classes that are canceled within 24 hours of the start time will forfeit the class fee. Exceptions due to emergencies are subject to management approval and are not guaranteed.

Classes take place regardless of weather and refunds will not be granted for cancelations within the 24 hour period. Exceptions may be made by management for safety reasons.
